Holiday Gift Request Requirements

Residency Requirements

In order to qualify for assistance, families must provide proof of Harpswell Residency by submitting an October or November 2026 utility bill (CMP, phone, or heat) in your name and current address (not a PO Box).

You may upload your document during the online application process, or you may email the document to infoharpswellsantafund@gmail.com, send via text to 207-522-8545, or mail to Harpswell Santa Fund PO Box 242 Harpswell, Maine 04079.

In Lieu of a Utility Bill, you may submit 3 of the following:

• Maine driver’s license or ID card
• Maine vehicle registration
• Lease or mortgage agreement signed and dated 2026
• Tax bills or recent tax returns
• Paycheck stubs or W-2 forms
• Documents issued by a government entity
• Insurance policy or ID card

Requesting Assistance for Children

• You must be the legal guardian for the child or children that you are requesting for (proof may be required). Court papers and child’s school registration records with current name and address will be accepted.
• Each request will be reviewed and will be denied if proof of residency has not been submitted.
• You may indicate on the request form what your child’s preferences are. We will do our best to accommodate.

After Submitting Your Application

• If your application is accepted, you will receive an email from us. If you do not receive an email then your request has been denied.

• When your request is fulfilled and ready for pick up, you will receive notification from us via text, email or phone call.
